OUR CAUSE

As kids, we rode on our dreams.

Starting each day, embellishing the morrow.

Engulfed by the alchemy of it all, our heart screams.

Observing as we create a path for all to follow.

Reality called out, we unheeded.

Alone we stood amidst constant blandish.

Committed to the idea, in which our hearts so creeded,

We fight for a light, we ever cherish.

Finally we are said men.

With mankind left between joy and how.

Although from our exploits the whole world learn,

Those who ever engage the unknown, it’s your cause now.
